The Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall is the most versatile space at the prestigious Royal College of Music. Originally opened in 1901 and fully refurbished in 2009, the Concert Hall is an impressive space with a stunning Flentrop Orgelbouw organ forming the stage’s backdrop.
A performance space of the highest international standard, the Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall is the college’s most popular space for performance hires and can accommodate up to 280 guests standing or 160 for dinner.
It can be hired as a standalone venue for an event or in conjunction with other spaces at the Royal College of Music with many clients opting to use the 1851 Courtyard and Café for drinks before dinner in the Concert Hall.
The Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall features newly installed lighting and sound equipment to replicate professional conditions for broadcasting a performance or presentation. It also features two Steinway D grand pianos, an organ and a celeste – everything required for a stunning performance from the music students if desired to enhance the event experience.
